Lost Ring Please Help?
I lost my class ring, the other day and I do not find it anywhere. I got it two years ago from Zales and I was wondering what is the policy of one to two rings old who just get lost? If anyone knows that would be great. ps I checked the site i could not find an answer. Oh ya maybe I could just go talk to them and tell them to look at me and say oh ya he so and so is cheaper or more expensive …. or else …. lost whole ring
Normally there is no policy for goods lost – can be damaged or fabricated problems, but none like that -. Ok I found that they cover only if you have lost a stone, but not all of the ring. These policies say diamonds if you do not buy a ring with a stone, you're out of luck if your diamond is chipped, broken or lost its original setting, Zales will replace the diamond at no cost to you.
