Where do you report someone for illegally copying and selling DVDs?
We recently purchased a DVD at a flea market. It was a current version, but I thought someone had it been purchased, watched, and did not like him, they sold it. We got home, went to see him and he is not 3D like it is supposed to be. My son is a geek. He took a closer look at the DVD and he said he was "hacked" which means someone has been copied illegally and sell it. I'm pretty angry about the whole affair. I seem to have been stolen. Had I known it was an illegal version, I saved my money to buy the real one. Who do I report to? I know he said in the FBI warnings, but how do I get ahold of them? I would appreciate any help I could get on this issue.
