Experts indoor tanning help!?
Today I received a monthly tanning membership within one. Now it's my first time and I feel like I do not know enough about the lady and they really did not really tell me anything unless I ask and I felt stupid. I have some questions, answer if you can please:.) 1. Should I remove all the makeup to go tan? 2. I started with 7 minutes today, I tan very easily and almost never burn (I'm Brazilian) when do I speed time? 3. How often should I tan, I want a tan was nice to hide some stretch marks too if I 4.Does jewelry such as belly button rings, and a diamond ring on his finger? 5. What is the difference in going in the morning or afternoon? Anything I should know about them, please tell me! Thank you to bunnnnnchhh! Ps Do I need a different lotion for my face or should I use tanning lotion I bought?
1. You are supposed to remove your makeup, but sometimes I do. 2. You must strengthen your time maybe after the 2nd or 3rd time in it in 7 minutes. (So you do not start to burn. If you start to burn by increasing the time, back to the time limit you were before) Try to go 10 minutes then maybe after 3 or 4 times to be there 10 minutes, until step 13 or 15 .. And so on 3. Tan every 24 hours or every two days. Because if you tan more too, then you are damaging your skin and abuse, which increases the risk of skin cancer (even if there is already a risk of contracting it by tanning) sunspots and stuff like that .. but I know that sounds bad, but there's a good thing on tanning .. You get your dose of vitamin D by being there at least 10 min per week or 20 minutes per week. 4. If you have jewelry, you get a tan line. The jewelry that I keep my belly ring is! 4. No difference between morning and afternoon .. go at any time of day you want! and also, through the tanning lotion for you best or the best on the market you can find tanning salons (where you can be for some) .. I use a cheap brand Walmart called T-Max (I think) and it works fine for me! Its around $ 9
