Cleaning silver – anyone know a good house-type formula?
I found my old silver and amethyst deep in my jewelry box and I have no money cleaner / polish …. everything you're supposed to use. It seems that I saw this show once where the woman pours water softener in a foil lined pan and put his money in it for cleaning. Because I remember trying to find a "water softener" to buy and all I could find was large softening in the house or equipment filtration. And I began to wonder if regular fabric softener liquid would do the same thing? All …. I just need a some way to get the tarnish off and polished up my ring .. Thank you in advance! = D
