
What are your three favorite things to eat healthier?
Yes, I try to eat healthy. Some of my favorites, of course, stand old – a salad (with no creamy dressing on the side), grilled meats instead of fried and frozen vegetables such as green beans, corn, or asparagus. Also I love to do a kind of egg substitute with low fat cheese Omlet low, and the sausage comes out less than 50%. Recently I found a sugar free instant oatmeal is very good. Also note that I am diabetic, while the overweight have a slightly higher blood pressure and cholesterol. I'll make small changes in my diet at first, and absolutely nothing drastic is not fad diets. I started a garden and orchard in recent years – fresh crops are my favorite things to eat. Of cherries, strawberries, peaches and asparagus ripe tomatoes, peppers and corn.
