Guys and engagement rings …….?
I do not understand why any man would give his girlfriend a promise ring. Most guys I met are all out of sex (except the few that are very unsightly willing to wait because they know they will not get anyway.) I've never been the kind of girl to sleep around, but I wonder why a guy would be ready to produce this ring? We all know that most guys have stronger urges than women to have sex, so why risk compromising their chances by giving this ring their girlfriend if theres a possiblility that she "give" without being under pressure? I do not really get it. Square One>>>> LOL! I love it! Do not get all defensive Ryan! If you were not thinking about sex with your girlfriends more then theres something wrong with you. It's always on the mind of a guy if you want to admit it or not.
In the petition of my relationship with my ex-small friend, I wait 5 months to give him a ring. I was not anxious to have sex, I gave it because it "was" the girl I loved and I wanted to stay the longer it takes. It makes me happy, strong, intelligent. Of course most people today want make sex all the time and in some cases they give a ring to ring just to "do" with his best they can. (That's disgusting from my point of view). But there are nice men who only want sex, we want a partner to hang out, that the cinema, go shopping, to be with us all the time, singing to dance, talk … i very good, but not all.
