Hello I would like First say to all those who have written and you had something rude to say about Promise Rings … they probably never even received it why they do not see the importance. Then, a promise ring is an engagement ring with the promise that one day I pre marry this person. It as a commitment, but the good part about it is again ready for youa time commitment you get another ring … ANOTHER STEP UP it is not on jewerly the sound on the meaning of it and love behind it. Yes, a woman can give her boyfriend a promise ring. I plan to give my boyfriend of over a year now … a promise ring. It will be after he gave me mine … but we have discussed several months ago and is waiting for me right itme give it. I'm so excited! because I do not know how he will present it to me, but I'm sure it will be original ….
