He then throws him over strings and famous. However, Foley did not touch the ground. It is back up and shouted something to Faarooq. Faarooq rushes, ducks Foley, Faarooq and stops. Both kind of laughing. Then Faarooq dives in the middle of the strings on the lap of Foley. Foley hits the ground. Here is your winner and NEW ECW Champion Faarooq.
