What Boxing Gloves should I get for sparring kickboxing and boxing and hitting the bag?

16 ounces, as mentioned above are the way to go if you plan on sparring. Now some people with small (lighter) gloves to use on drills for speed and 16 oz sparring gloves if you go the money go ahead. if you have no money and plan on sparring soon 16 oz The reason is that you can get by using gloves 16 oz exercising, but most people will not let you hit them with gloves 10 oz so 16 oz is a bit more universal. as if the gloves you have a link for, I never tried the second pair I wore gloves but the IMF and they are extremely comfortable and if this is your first time [Thai] Boxing they are quite easy on the hands as they offer great protection. theres kind of a "disadvantage" of IMF gloves are huge (not in the sense of being heavy, but take up space) have the fingers of 2.5 "compared to most other gloves have about 1.5" -1.75 ". it is easier to defend yourself in combat, but 16 oz gloves are already a little larger than the competition gloves if you plan on competing, then the huge size difference power through you off some.
