Teen Worker Washington State .. please help!?
I'm 16 and I got my first job working in a mall in a kiosk that sells body jewelry and silver jewelry. Such invited me to work 35 hours per week (which was during the school year) which is illegal. He'd work 12 hours (4 hours a day, 8 hours the next) and I stopped. He said it was a commission only job and I would 10% of my sales … I sold $ 25 worth of goods, because most products are under $ 5. He said that I won about $ 8 for the day. He also told me that he only hires "cute" girls and I need to use my looks to sell more stuff and he offered to buy me clothes that I look better. He did never paid. I need to know how to solve this problem. Please help!
