How can I make my "Blackout" Sweet 16 party great?
I have about 150 people in my party in a huge gymnasium. I want all black! I'll wear a dress or yellow or pink. And I will go to glow sticks and light jewelry. Nothing will be white. This is not a party B & W. It is all black. The accent colors will probably be silver and the color of my dress. Decorate this room will be very hard because of its size and we an hour to do so. & We can not use the outlets to plug in. We'll decorations cake and Hostess products that our desserts with sodas and bottled water. Please advice on ideas for invitations, decorations, or any other party ideas that you might have for me!
