Question photographing sterling silver jewelry?
I get a flash when I take pictures of my sterling silver jewelry.I am using a box light, with lamps on the sides and Top. put my digital camera to tungsten white balance setting.I also disabled is set at the flash.ISO 200.Not certain is that this parameter is correct.Still get a white glow, especially on the O crystals.What I try to get less glare? Jewelry is hard to photograph because of the highlights. Do a search on the web about it. There are some sites that work advice. My favorite is using a gallon plastic milk jug as a broadcaster.
