ideas need food to be fried!?
My husband and I have a 'deep fried foods section in a few weeks, and we try to find original, fun, crazy things to try every day. Anyone have things like: suggestions?? No seafood and not boring onion rings, chicken wings, mozzarella sticks, etc. ..
Banana Dumplings 2 bananas, peeled and sliced 1 c. 1 tablespoon flour milk 1 1 / 2 c. teaspoon sugar 1 egg beaten 1 c. tea. 2 teaspoons baking powder tablespoons vegetable oil In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well until mixture is thick. Drag all your pieces of chopped banana into the mix. Fry. A little mixture will spread in the piece of banana which is good. Turn after 1-2 minutes each ball, so both sides are well done. Once the meatballs are browned, remove oil, and drain on paper towels. I could sprinkle with powdered sugar. Fried Icecream ===================== 1 / 2 tablespoons 6 oz corn syrup caramel flakes 1 / 2 gallon vanilla ice cream (I can experiment with different flavors) 12 oz cool () maraschino cherries whip option (Optional) vegetable oil Mix until sticky toffee with cornflakes. Scoop ice cream and apply a coating of cornflakes for ice cover. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator liner. Dip ice ball in hot oil for 15-20 seconds. Remove from oil and place in a dish topped with Cool Whip and a cherry. Fried Green Bean Bundles 1 pound fresh green beans 1 bunch green onions cut into ============, strips 2 c. Soup Seasoning home, recipe follows 2 cups all purpose flour 1 cup buttermilk Oil for frying Bundle about 5 green beans by tying in the center with a strip of green onion. Combine house seasoning and flour. Green Bean Dip in buttermilk and roll in flour mixture. In a skillet or casserole, fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels house dressing.: 1 cup salt / 4 cup black pepper 1 1 / 4 cup garlic powder Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container up to 6 months. ================ Deep-Fried Twinkies Hostess Twinkie recipe 10 Extra flour Powdered sugar For the dough: 1 cup all-purpose flour a tablespoon of malt vinegar 1 tablespoon 1 all to tea baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 12 ounces of water, for a four berry coulis topping: 1 cup frozen raspberries 1 cup frozen blackberries 1 cup frozen strawberries 1 cup blueberries 4 tablespoons caster sugar To fry Twinkies: Cool Twinkies cream refrigerated doughs. ingredients to the consistency. Roll each roll Twinkie extra flour then into batter. Drop the battered Twinkie in a deep fryer for about 90 seconds, until the cream filling starts to melt and the outside is nicely browned. Top with powdered sugar, cut in half and serve with four fruit coulis.
